About Us

ITA Bolos is a small family-run bakery that has been baking every morning since 2019. We believe that comfort food and clean ingredients belong on the same table.

Every cake, loaf and pastry that leaves our kitchen is prepared in-house, in small batches, using whole grains, natural sweeteners and locally sourced dairy and fruit. No shortcuts, no industrial mixes — just real baking made by real people.
